Who Are We?
Ruth South the founder and Esther Douglas Co-founder of CARE – Communities Against Racism Enterprise is all about Communities, Allyship, Restoration and Equality/Empathy. CARE was set up to help those suffering from racial trauma through the REPAIRATION of their minds, regardless of their ethnic background or skin colour. We believe that both the victim and perpetrator are affected by racism as no one gets a pass and our mind need to be repaired.
With the narrative that is being disseminated in regards to education, media and the general information spoken about racism.
There appears to be lots of talk and postulation but very little action, therefore we aim to engage the issue about race from the grassroots level upwards, through any medium.
